We’re seeking a Founding Engineer to architect and build the production-grade version of Drumbeat. You’ll take our validated MVP and build the next-generation platform — a secure, scalable, and AI-driven product ready for widespread adoption. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Greater Washington, DC or Sacramento, CA areas, though we will also consider exceptional remote candidates based elsewhere within the continental U.S.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a versatile builder who thrives in fast-moving, early-stage environments. You’ll define our technical roadmap, lead implementation, and lay the foundation for future engineering growth.
The annual base salary range for this role is $140,000 to $180,000.
The actual salary offered will be determined based on the candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications as they align with the specific requirements of the position. This range does not include potential equity, which is also part of the total compensation package for this role.
